App Store (iOS)

1 Tap the App Store icon.

2 Enter ‘Libropia’ in the search tab and search.

3 You can see ‘Libropia’ in the list.

4 Tap the ‘Free’ button.

5 Tap the ‘Install App’ button.

6 Enter your Apple account password and tap the ‘Authorize’ button.

7 You can see that ‘Libropia’ is installed in the application list.

Google Play Store (Android)

1 Tap the Google Play Store icon.

2 Tap the Search button in the Google Play Store.

3 Enter ‘Libropia’ in the search box and tap the Search button.

4 Tap the Libropia item that was searched.

5 Tap the Install button.

6 Tap the ‘Agree’ button to start downloading and install the Libropia application.

7 You can check that ‘Libropia’ is installed in the application list.

Sign up and run

Sign up for Libropia membership

1 Run Libropia.

2 Select the Create Libropia Account button.

3 Check the Terms and Conditions and click the Agree button.

4 Enter your email, nickname, and password and click the Sign Up button.

※Be careful of typos when entering your email account.

5 Check that the information you entered is correct and select the Sign Up button.

6 Sign Up is complete. Select the Confirm button.

Libropia Login

1. Enter your ID (email) and password, then select the Login button.

2. Select the Confirm button.

3. Check whether to use the push (notification) service.

4. Click the Confirm button.

5. Libropia notices are displayed. After checking the contents, select the Close button.

6. Libropia main screen is displayed.

Library

1 You can search for library materials corresponding to the library at the top.

2 You can check the list of libraries within the user, nearby libraries, and information on the entire library, and

You can manage them by searching for library locations and viewing maps.

3 You can search for materials by scanning barcodes.

4 You can check and use the library submenus available in the library menu.

Main functions include loan status/loan history/reservation status and mobile membership card, library e-books, and reading room seat information.

5.App Permission Guide

The following is a guide on permissions used by Libropia.

1.Contacts (mandatory)

- Used to access device account data. If able to use the device's unique identifier, it will not be used.

2.Files and Media (mandatory)

- Used for storing e-books downloaded on the device.

3.Phone (mandatory)

- Permission required for using device identifiers.

4.Location (optional)

- Permission to know current location when searching for nearby libraries. If denied, location-based search service cannot be used.

5.Camera (optional)

- Camera sensor permission for ISBN search and smart authentication. If refused, smart authentication and barcode search services cannot be used.

6.Nearby Device - Bluetooth (optional)

- Permission required for using BLE devices. If denied, beacon-related functions cannot be used.

※ Even if you do not agree to the optional access permission, you can still use the service excluding the functions of that permission.
