How do I select my Music Languages?

Your music is available in 15 languages! Navigate to Settings, then click on the tile that says language. Select each language you’d like, and select “Done” to the right-hand side.

How do I see my Player/Queue?

Simple! If you look to the left-hand side of your screen, you’ll see that your Player Queue is visible right on the top of the column. Click on it and you’ll see your queue. Also, you can click on the Red Button on the Remote Control unit to open the player.

What happens when I select the ❤️ icon next to a song?

The ❤️ icon adds this song to your My Music library. The songs you add or remove from your library here are also added or removed in your JioSaavn mobile app.

How do I search for songs, albums, podcasts or artists?

There are two ways to search for all your favourite music! Select the 🔍 icon to search by the name of a song, album, artist and more, or use the 🎙 button on your remote for voice search.

How do I add Pro to my phone?

At the moment, the JioSaavn Pro on your Set Top box is only available on your Set top box device and not the app on your phone. We'll definitely let you know if something changes.

How do I activate Pro on my STB?

You can go to your 'MyJio' app and recharge for Giga Fiber from there. An alternative option would be to visit the Jio website and recharge for your Giga Fiber connection with JioSaavn Pro. However, at the moment this JioSaavn Pro on your Set top box is only available on your Set top box device and not on the app on your phone. We'll definitely let you know if something changes.

How can I add an existing JioSaavn account to my STB?

Head to the JioSaavn app and navigate to Settings > Profile > Add Account (You will see a QR code generated on your TV screen). Once the QR code is generated on your TV screen, head to the JioSaavn app on your phone > Settings (Top Right Hand side corner) > Click on QR Scanner and scan the QR code shown on the Tv screen and done!

    Please add a feature to the app that allows it to continue playing in the background or stay on all the time. This way, the music will automatically pause when you get a call, and you'll have to press play again to resume playback. Amazon Music is the only music app that currently offers this feature of automatically resuming playback after ending a phone call.

    Saavn and Jio Music were good apps on their own, but the combined version is even better. The song collection is extensive and the recommendations and radios are excellent. Jio Music used to have a dull interface, but now it's greatly improved and feels very welcoming. The pricing was a surprise, but if they are providing a good service, I don't mind paying for it. I will enjoy the free Pro period for now and consider the payment later.

    The sound quality on this app is amazing, even better than Spotify. However, it would be great if there were more original songs and fewer remixes. Also, the user interface could be more spontaneous in selecting songs and assertive in making recommendations. I highly suggest using this app instead of other music players if it continues to get better.

    This app is the best alternative to Spotify, or you could argue it's even better. You can replay songs and shuffle playlists without paying anything. The premium version is also affordable. I would give it 5 stars for sure. There are not many ads, and the songs are of excellent quality. I prefer this app over Spotify. I recommend downloading it.

    I've tried a lot of music apps, but this one seems to be the best so far. The ads only pop up at the top, which is not a big deal. They've made some minor UI improvements, but overall it's great for users on the free plan.

    I recently started using this app instead of Spotify. I hope it lives up to my expectations. The sound quality and overall user experience are great, and I've noticed some songs here that weren't on Spotify. However, the ads are quite annoying. While there are a lot of Indian songs available, there's a significant number of English songs missing. I would rate it 3 stars for now and suggest improving search options and adding more English songs.

    This music app is the best for me. I found all the songs I wanted and the interface is easy to use. Spotify doesn't have many songs from my region (India), so JioSaavn is the best music app for me.

    Recently, my phone has been acting up by skipping songs and showing internet issue pop-ups even though my internet connection is working perfectly fine. I can use YouTube and all other apps without any problem, but this issue only seems to happen with downloaded songs. It's quite strange, why does it happen with offline songs?

    You could add an alarm radio feature that plays a song at a specific time. Consider adding a feature where a selected song can be set as a ringtone if downloaded through the pro version. It would be helpful to include a feedback/suggestions option within the app for user convenience. And lastly, if these features help your app become popular, feel free to give me credit!
