Oh, installing this app isn't even worth it. They don't offer a 5-minute free trial to let you test it out. It seems like they just want your money. How can I be sure that I'll get smooth gameplay if I have to pay first, and they don't even provide a trial for any games? It's simply a scheme to make you pay without offering any actual gameplay experience.

I'm not sure why, but I'm having trouble getting my Bluetooth controller to work with the Joy Arc app. It connects and works fine with Android, GeForce Now, Xbox Game Pass, Steam Link, and native Android games, but not with Joy Arc. I only got this app for playing GTA 5, but sadly it won't load even though I have it on Steam. I keep receiving an error message. Can someone help me out? Update: Thanks for responding. I've already emailed the support team and am just waiting for their reply.

This app is seriously the worst! It hardly has any games that you can actually play for free. I even did all the tasks they asked me to do just to get some game time, but it keeps saying I don't have enough game time to play. I tried opening several games, but that same annoying pop-up shows up every time. Please avoid installing this terrible app. I hope this warning saves you some time.

Hey developer team. I was wondering if it would be possible to include a save feature in games like WWE 2k23 and WWE 2k22. It would really enhance the gaming experience for me. If that's a possibility, I'd be happy to subscribe for a longer period of time. Normally, I just buy hours as needed, but having the save option would motivate me to go for a premium plan instead.

I headed over to this mission center where they had this deal - watch four ads and you'd get a sweet 10-minute gaming session on the house. Excitedly, I dove into playing a game with my free time but each time I did, it kept bugging me about topping up my balance and recharging. I mean, come on! I had my 10 minutes of free gaming – what gives?
