I have a distance measuring device, and I tried using a yardage book without much expectation, but I was surprised. It was a public course without caddies, but it provided the distances so accurately. Normally I enjoy watching the golf channel, but because I don't have cable TV at home, I used to go to my parents' house to watch it every weekend.
