JusTalk Kids - Parental controls & video chatting

JusTalk Kids is a FREE specially designed voice and video calling and instant messaging app for children. It aims to provide a safe communication platform for kids to stay in touch with family, friends, and schoolmates without exposure to inappropriate content or interference from strangers. All communications are encrypted to ensure privacy protection. In addition to communication features, the app offers various learning tools, such as fun educational videos, a drawing board, and a text editor, to encourage creative and scholarly interaction among children. We will continue to enhance JusTalk Kids' features, creating a safe and convenient communication platform for children while providing a more diverse experience.

- Secure Calling and Chatting App Designed for Children

JusTalk Kids strictly protects each child's personal information, ensuring their privacy is not violated or abused. It provides compelling parental management features, allowing busy parents or concerned guardians to actively manage their child's usage within JusTalk Kids and keep them informed about their child's behavior in the app.

- Block Strangers

Both parties need to send a friend request to each other to become friends on the app. The parental password feature grants parents control over their child's usage, managing aspects like friend additions, viewing call records, and controlling chat time.

The system immediately blocks and notifies parents when children send or receive sensitive images/videos. Parents can review and decide whether the content suits their child, promoting better understanding and handling of complex emotions and information.

FAQ

Is it safe to use JusTalk Kids?

All users’ personal information (including calling and messaging data) is end-to-end encrypted and is split into multiple random paths which ensure it can’t be monitored or saved by servers. Moreover, all the personal data is never shared with any third party. Enjoy safe and free calls.

How to log in JusTalk Kids?

Log in

Log in with phone number

Tap Log In. Enter your phone number and password, then tap Log In.

Log in with JusTalk ID

Tap Log In – Log In with JusTalk ID, enter your JusTalk ID and password, then tap Log In.

Log in with Facebook account

Tap Log In With Facebook on the bottom of your screen, and get authorized from your Facebook account.

Is JusTalk Kids free to use?

JusTalk Kids is free to call anywhere & anyone as long as you meet the following conditions:

1. You and your friends/family need to download the JusTalk Kids app

AND

2. You guys need to have Wi-Fi network or unlimited mobile data (If you’re using cellular data network to make calls, your operator will charge for data traffic fee).

What is a JusTalk ID? / How to create a JusTalk Kids account?

To sign up an account on JusTalk Kids, you need to create a JusTalk ID and a password. JusTalk ID is your unique user ID on JusTalk Kids which must be at least 6 characters, and can include letters, numbers and one of the following symbols “-“, “_” or “.”.

Note: You can’t change your JusTalk ID once it gets created.

PS: We recommend that you also connect your JusTalk Kids account with your Google/Apple or Facebook account when sign up, so that if you forget your password later, you can reset your account password through your verified social networking account.

What if I forget my password?

If you sign up with phone number

1. Go to login page.

2. Enter your phone number and tap Forgot password on the lower right corner.

3. You will receive a verification code soon through text message.

4. Enter the code you received and reset your password.

Note: The verification code will be sent to the phone number that you used for registration.

If you sign up with a JusTalk ID or if your tablet can’t receive SMS:

We’re sorry that you need to delete the account and then you can re-create a new one with the same number.  If you agree us to delete your account , please send an email to support@justalk.com, including the following information to help us verify your account:

1. The phone number plus the country code or the JusTalk ID which was used to sign up for JusTalk Kids.

2. The specific device model (e.g. a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 or iPhone 6S) and its OS version (e.g. Android 6.0 or iOS 11) where your JusTalk Kids account was logged in.

3. The approximate date when registered for JusTalk Kids.
