Tips and tricks

KAMI 2

- Take your time. You’re only limited by the number of moves you can take to complete each puzzle, so there’s no need to try and rush through any of them.

- When things get tough, take a step back. Rather than diving right into a difficult puzzle just to see what might work, take a few moments to study the patterns in front of you. Try to see what connects to what, make a note of how many moves you have, count the number of different colors, and so on.

- Try to completely connect all possible matching colors in as few moves as possible. This sounds obvious, but it can take some planning to figure out how best to connect all the yellows, for example. The reason this is important is because the larger a color mass is, the easier it will be to change up more of the screen during later turns.

KAMI 2

- Compare the numbers. How many moves you’re given and how many colors a puzzle uses are good indicators of how to approach each level. If there are more moves than disparate colors, chances are you need to remove one or two smaller color chunks in order to open up a “path” of sorts for larger ones.

- Look for imperfections. Many of the patterns in a level have at least one spot of color that will seem “off” when compared to the rest – something that isn’t quite symmetrical, for example. These details are often an indication that you need to deal with them first.

KAMI 2

- Sometimes small moves are better. Those big sweeping color corrections I mentioned earlier? Sometimes levels are designed specifically to keep them from working. If you’re having trouble with the usual strategy, try looking for a smaller block of color that might connect two larger matching bits of color once flipped – instead of looking for a way to make one big blob.

- There’s no shame in restarting. If you’ve made a mistake and won’t be able to complete a level using the requisite number of moves, just hit Reset. There’s no penalty for it, other than having to start from the beginning of the puzzle again, so go nuts!

- If you’re really stuck, you can get a hint. Tap the lightbulb icon to use a hint, which will have the game show you exactly what color to use where. The catch is that hints are an extremely limited resource that you pretty much have to buy with real money. So only use if you’re seriously stuck and desperate.

This game shines like a diamond. The design captivates with its stunning visuals. Some puzzles play tricks, keeping you on your toes while thinking outside the box. Each moment draws you in deeper. Even the ads add a strange charm! In the free version, quick 3 to 5 second ads pop up, but buying the game clears those away. Longer ads offer hints for players who want a little help. It feels wonderful to get lost in a game like this after so long.

This game is fantastic. It brings something fresh to the table, and those puzzles really make you think. No hints for me, though. Stubbornness plays a part, but the hints just didn’t do it for me. The first time I tried one, I already had my first move figured out, but it offered nothing extra. The second attempt threw me off completely with a different starting point, and in the end, I found the answer using my original idea. Hints? Forget about it.

The game really eats up battery fast. Even when charging, the phone loses power while playing. It crashes every single time I try to watch a video for a hint, making me miss out on those hints. If I get a first hint and decide to come back later for a second one, it shows the first hint again instead of giving me something new. Such a unique concept, but these problems definitely brought my rating down from four stars to two stars.

Picture a visual logic challenge. You face puzzles where colors need to blend into one uniform hue. Every move counts as you plot your strategy carefully. Each level ramps up in difficulty, keeping you engaged and on your toes. Here’s the catch: you must complete all the puzzles in a level before moving on to the next one. Some players might find this a bit frustrating, but worry not—plenty of fun awaits in other modes. The primary game wraps up fairly quickly, yet new puzzles drop daily, offering fresh challenges. Dive into the exciting challenge mode or unleash your creativity in the make-your-own mode. Adventure awaits!

Last night, I picked up this game and thought it was gorgeous and creative. I felt excited to dive into it. But now, I'm already ready to toss it aside. I've hit a wall and found myself stuck. The first hint does come free, but after that, they want you to cough up cash for more. I downloaded it because it was free. Spending real money on a phone game feels wrong to me. If only they let you watch some ads for hints, I would keep playing. But no way am I pulling out my wallet for this. Plus, the game asks for camera access right away. It feels a bit off to me.

I love this game! Solving puzzles feels so rewarding. Creating my own puzzles adds excitement. I do have a couple of issues though. The game doesn’t fit my screen well, and I can see my wallpaper peeking through. It's a little distracting. Also, when I want to check out puzzles made by others, I have to play them first. It would be nice to view them directly without starting the game. Hoping these issues get fixed soon!

The thrill of the game kept me engaged. The challenge thrilled me. Then came the ads. Watching a full-length ad after every level felt endless. I zipped through a level in about 10 seconds, only to stare at an ad for 30 seconds. That imbalance frustrated me. I get that ads fund the game, but this just didn’t feel right. The excitement faded, and the annoyance grew. It became too much to handle. I made the decision to delete the game.

What an amazing journey! Each level presents its own challenge, yet they all seem conquerable. The beginning levels are straightforward, but as you progress, the difficulty ramps up beautifully. Each section has its unique vibe, and the skills you master in one level carry over to the next. The level design shines throughout the game, showcasing creativity and cleverness. Finally beating the game felt like such a rewarding experience, and every moment was filled with fun and excitement.

The visuals soothe the eyes and bring a sense of relaxation. The sound of paper folding adds a satisfying touch. The free version shows ads, about every five puzzles, but paying for hints removes them completely. That’s a smart decision by the developers. Players can create their own puzzles using color palettes unlocked throughout the game, making the creative process enjoyable. Daily challenge puzzles provide a fun but tough experience that keeps players engaged.

This game is fantastic. It’s addictive and relaxing, drawing you in with its charm. However, there’s a pretty significant problem on two Samsung phones I tried. It seems to be an Android issue. The corners of the puzzles get cut off, especially on Android 10. The sides of the puzzles disappear too. I ended up deleting the game because so many puzzles became unsolvable. Sometimes, the crucial pieces are right on those edges. If it were just the corners, I could work around it, but this makes it impossible. I noticed iPhones don’t seem to have this problem. It’s incredibly frustrating!
