In case you purchased the code via the Kaspersky website or My Kaspersky, contact Kaspersky Customer Service by choosing the topic and filling out the form.

If you made your purchase via a different Kaspersky partner, contact them directly.

You will need to provide the following information:

- The date of the purchase

- Your full name

- The email address that you have used for the purchase

- Order number from the confirmation email

How to install Kaspersky for Android?  

You can install Kaspersky for Android from the app stores of Google, Huawei, or other providers.

To install the app:

1. Open the store app or website on your device.
