KB Pay - Bill payments & transfers

So, I turned off the wifi and switched to LTE because it was mentioned that the update only works on 3G/LTE. Then it prompted me to do a version update. After switching back to Wifi and completing the update, I had to switch back to LTE again. However, during this process, the time ran out, forcing me to pay again. How annoying! 😑

The smooth user interface design and fun events and promotions are really helpful for everyday use.

I'm so annoyed at the moment! I've been a loyal KB Card user for 30 years, but unfortunately, I can't access their app because I currently live overseas.

So, there's this app that's supposed to work for everyone, right? But guess what? It's a total fail for people from other countries - like me! I mean, I even have a Korean bank account, but nope, still doesn't work. Why? Well, apparently, our names are just too darn long for it to handle. Like seriously? What a waste of space on my phone.

I was trying to buy a limited edition PS5, but just at that moment, there was a glitch in the app and I couldn't complete the purchase. So, I missed out on the opportunity. If you need to make a payment at a crucial moment, better reconsider using this app.

You're doing a great job~~ I've gone through many card companies and had trouble logging in, or even if I managed to log in, the login would get canceled each time or encounter other errors when using internet banking. But here, it's the most comfortable and nice experience.

Sometimes when the page keeps loading endlessly, it feels like forever. And those time limits for making payments are just too short. Also, they advertise an event saying you can get a coupon worth up to 15,000 won, but in reality, they might just give you a measly 1,000 won. It's like they're playing a joke on us.

So, I was trying to sign up for a service, but it kept saying my registration wasn't going through and the payment wouldn't go through. Ugh, how frustrating!
