Keepsafe - Secure private photos

There used to be an app that I really liked for safeguarding my photos and videos. Sadly, it doesn't allow storing files on the SD Card yet. So, until they add this feature, I have to say goodbye to this app. I only rated it 2 stars because there are many other apps out there that offer similar services, plus extra features. It's time for them to step up their game.

That customer support was just terrible. So, here's the deal – after trying out the premium version, they make it super difficult to switch back to the basic option. It's like hitting a wall when you try to download your photos – total nightmare. And get this, unless you cough up for a premium subscription, all your pictures are essentially held hostage in the app's cloud. It seems like a glitch, but honestly, I'm not so sure. Oh, and all those photos you stored? They magically disappear from your phone and only live in the Keepsafe cloud. How sneaky is that? It's almost like they're forcing you to pay for premium just to see your own pictures again. Total extortion if you ask me.

I think this photo vault app is fantastic. It's really user-friendly and has lots of great features to keep your photos and videos safe. The only problems I've had are with importing videos - sometimes they don't show up and I have to move them to a different folder. It would be helpful if there was a separate option just for importing videos, like there is for photos. It could just be a small bug. Another issue I've run into is importing documents. Each album shows how many documents are stored, but I haven't figured out how to actually import them yet.

So, it seems like this app was working really well for you before you bought it, which is kind of ironic. But now, after a couple of months, it has completely stopped working. You're unable to access any of your photos at all. The screen where you input your code doesn't even respond! It's puzzling because the free version never had this issue. If your photos are secured and important to you, like personal or sentimental ones that you want to keep private, then this situation must be quite distressing. It's a real concern, so I suggest you look into the feedback given by other users. Hopefully, this problem can be resolved soon.

I love using this app regularly. It's a fantastic tool for keeping my images safe and it also creates secure backups. The only problem I've encountered is that when I try to share images from the app, I sometimes get an error message saying there isn't enough memory after sending a few images. However, I found that simply closing the app and reopening it solves the issue. It would be even better if this little glitch could be fixed.

However, one downside is that it tends to lag quite a bit, which is a little irritating. Unfortunately, the lag caused my phone to freeze and restart itself multiple times, like up to 10 times in a row! If they could fix this lag issue, more phones would be able to handle this app, which would be awesome.

This app is so amazing! It can actually pretend to be a different app when someone unauthorized tries to open it, which is super cool. It provides instructions on how to access your hidden photos through a secret backdoor. It's like having a secret hideout for your important stuff—pretty neat!

I'd rate this app 4 stars. One thing missing is the option to rearrange saved videos and pictures in a folder as desired. Also, when moving multiple videos or photos into the app, they don't get sorted in the chosen order, which is disappointing. I'm just a regular user and can't afford monthly fees for apps, so it's a letdown for those on a tight budget.

This app is just terrible. I paid for the premium version recently, but now it has expired. I'm unable to switch back to the basic version. Every time I try, it keeps saying there's not enough disk space to retrieve my photos or videos. All I want is to get my stuff back. I used to like this app until now. I wouldn't suggest buying the premium version because it seems like they'll keep all your photos and you won't be able to recover them.
