What is the maximum dimension and weight of a drop off parcel?

A drop off parcel’s dimension should not exceed 180 cm (with each side not exceeding 100 cm). Weight should not exceed 30 kgs.

What is the maximum number of parcels I can drop off at any given time?

What is the cut-off time for dropping shipments?

Cut-off time depends on the drop off location, kindly refer to the KEX website to see the cut-off times for each drop off service point near you. (Location)

How do I create a shipment with EasyShip?

There are 2 steps to create a shipment with EasyShip:

Enter required information: Fill in shipment information of both the sender and receiver’s information in EasyShip, or import their information from an excel file if you have a high number of parcels to deliver.

Print shipment label: Once you have filled in the information, you can print out the shipment label accordingly.
