APP AND ACCOUNT

1. How can I create a Parkimovil account?

It's very simple. In the Parkimovil app, select Create Account. You can add the requested information or create your account with Facebook. Create an Account. You will receive an SMS with an account confirmation code. Your Parkimovil account has been created!

2. What do I do if I don't receive the confirmation message?

Sometimes the account confirmation text message doesn't arrive due to external factors within the messaging service. If this happens, you can send a message to the /Menu/Help and Support/"Report a problem" section reporting that the registration SMS didn't arrive, along with the email and phone number that will be associated with your Parkimovil account.

3. How do I log into my Parkimovil account?

Only if you already have a Parkimovil account can you log in, either with your Facebook account or with the email and password you entered. Select Log In.

4. How do I recover my password?

If you forgot your password, in the app, select Log In/Forgot your password?/enter your email address and you will be sent a link to recover your password.

PAYMENT OPERATIONS

5. Where can I use my Parkimovil balance?

To pay for your parking in all plazas or shopping centers where Parkimovil operates, and for all cities except San Pedro Garza García, N.L., where payment is only possible by debit or credit card.

6. How can I get my invoice for the payments I made with the Parkimovil app?

Go to http://facturas.parkimovil.com/ with your Ticket Number to create your invoice. Billing is only available for the current month, up to the last day of the month.

7. Is it mandatory to use a debit or credit card to use the Parkimovil app?

No. You can pay for your Digital Parking or Virtual Parking Meter with Parkimovil Balance. It's an electronic wallet where you can add balance with a card or at any OXXO store.

8. Where can I buy more Parkimovil Balance?

There are three ways to do this.

1. In cash at any Parkimovil Authorized Retailer; you just need to clarify that you're buying Parkimovil Balance.

2. Pay at Oxxo. In the app, select Profile/ Balance/ Add Parkimovil Balance/ Amount to Pay/ Payment at Oxxo/ Accept/ Reference/ Accept. With the assigned reference, you can purchase Parkimovil Balance at any Oxxo store. Note: Oxxo charges a fee for making the payment.

3. From the app, select Profile/ Balance/ Add Parkimovil Balance/ Amount to Pay/ Card/ Accept. Note: You must have a card added.

9. How can I add a debit or credit card?

In the app, select Profile/ Cards/ Add/ Done.

10. How can I get my invoice if I pay by SMS?

Payments made via SMS must be billed directly to your phone company.

11. How can I get my invoice if I am an Authorized Parkimovil Business?

From your Parkimovil account, you must generate a purchase order. When you do so, a reference will be generated. Go to http://facturas.parkimovil.com/ and enter the assigned reference number for the Ticket Number.

PARKING METERS

12. Why don't I get tickets if I park at parking meters using the app?

All payments made are saved on the Parkimovil Virtual Platform. Once you generate a payment, it is uploaded immediately, and the verifying officers receive the information on their devices, so there's no need to leave paperwork in the vehicle.

13. How do I pay for a Virtual Parking Meter?

It's very simple: at the bottom of the app, under the Parking Meter icon, select Payment/City/Space/Zone (if required)/Time/Vehicle/Pay. Your payment is complete!

    Since the last update, there have been many connection errors. Payments do not process correctly. Sometimes, it even takes double the time to complete a transaction. The date is June 17, 2024.

    The app flags cards as fraudulent even when they work fine. Developers added features they don't seem to handle well. As soon as the app asked for access to nearby devices, I knew there would be issues. Unfortunately, it's poorly implemented. The SMS option doesn't work either; it just returns an error. Support on WhatsApp only says they will "raise a ticket" and I'll get a response in a few days.
