I really like using it. There are some problems that I hope you can fix soon. I have three accounts that I didn't sign up for myself. Kingschat created them when I was trying to log in. Now, I can't access the one I normally use. I would be grateful for some assistance, please.

Hey there! So, here's the deal. When I get into a chat with, say, 10 messages, my natural instinct is to begin from the very first message and then progress in order towards the latest messages. It's the same drill when it comes to group chats; if I see a hefty number like 100 messages waiting for me there, the expectation is that I should start from the very first message and move down the line in the sequence they arrived. Starting from the most recent one just doesn't do it for me. I need to pick up from where I left off--so, it would be super cool if this could be sorted out. It's a pretty big deal for me, you know. So, you know how I've been trying to open this app for ages now? Even after updating it just now, it still won't open or do anything. It's like it's stuck or something. It used to work perfectly fine before that last update months ago. But now it just keeps loading forever and ever without actually doing anything. It's really frustrating. The app is great! I have a small worry about the group chat. It would be really lovely if, upon opening a group chat, I could see unread messages first rather than being taken straight to the newest message. Thank you.

It's been over 2 years since my last review. The voice note quality hasn't improved at all. Is there a version for laptops?

I don't like how updating is now mandatory, it should be a choice. Since the latest update, I can't use the app anymore because it won't update even though there's enough space on my device. There are other things I don't like about the app as well, especially the user interface which still looks bad. The chat bubbles should at least look dull but smooth and have different colors, especially for group chats. Updates should be optional, not something you have to do.

I rated it 4 stars because I don't receive background notifications when my data is on. This issue causes me to forget to log in regularly, unlike with apps like Facebook and Instagram. Due to the lack of background notifications, there is less interaction on KingsChat. Kindly address this matter. Thank you.

I think there's a problem with the app. I used to receive messages from people, but not anymore. Even after updating, I still can't see any messages. It's frustrating because the messages just don't appear. I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app, which is really inconvenient. This situation is really annoying!

This app is incredible. It puts everything together in a perfect and easy-to-use way.
