This app is the worst, seriously. All those good reviews? Probably fake. It's so hard to even get in, like come on! You can't make an appointment, contact your doctor, or find a Clalit pharmacy. Just do yourself a favor and delete this awful app.

This app is terrible, I had such a bad user experience! Today, I tried to register my mom for online Clalit services and when I needed to choose her birth date, I couldn't scroll through the calendar. I had to press back multiple times just to get to the right date. If you care about your loved ones, avoid using Clalit services at all costs. It's a nightmare – you have to start over every time, and if you leave the app for even a second, it logs you out.

Just like a website pretending to be something else. It has the potential to be way better.

The new interface looks better, but it's so confusing. It was hard to find how to contact my doctor or clinic - why isn't it in the pullout menu? Also, when sending messages, you have to guess the subject first. That's really bad design. Plus, it's just a webapp in a different wrapper.

The app keeps crashing all the time, even crashes other apps on my phone because it runs in the background. Besides being very slow, there is also an issue with scheduling appointments because it doesn't cancel appointments and causes double bookings. It's a shame.

Hey. When you contact doctors online by filling out a questionnaire and sending pictures, you don't receive notifications about their response or the prescription they wrote after the consultation. Getting notifications for these situations used to be very helpful.
