Using this app was a breeze! The instructions were super clear and I didn't encounter any issues with the activities I booked. The prices were reasonable, and I loved how everything was conveniently accessible on the app. There was also a nice variety of activities to choose from. So, I was trying to do something nice for my mom and sister by buying them 2 tickets for the Osaka Amazing pass for their upcoming Japan Holiday. However, I made a mistake - I accidentally put my name on the booking instead of theirs. The problem is, the policy requires that the person whose name is on the booking must show their passport to claim the tickets. Since I won't be joining them on the trip, they won't be able to get the tickets with my name on it. I tried reaching out to customer service to see if I could change the names on the booking, but unfortunately, they weren't able to help me out. It's frustrating because all I wanted to do was make sure my mom and sister had a wonderful time in Osaka, but now it looks like they might not be able to take advantage of the pass.

Oh, Klook is awesome! When you book tickets through them, you won't have to wait in long lines and you can easily enter the attractions hassle-free. I've seen some negative reviews online, but my experience was fantastic - everything went so well and there were no issues at all. Thank you, Klook! It seems like those bad reviews might not be true after all.

There are some fantastic deals available for lots of well-known countries, and you can choose from various different combinations. You can customize the packages based on how many days you want to stay, your budget, and how many tourist spots you'd like to visit. Many of the attractions even provide transportation services, making it much easier to get around in a foreign country. The friendly drivers and staff make the experience more enjoyable, and some attractions even offer meals. Overall, this app has made traveling super convenient for users.

So, the other day was my first time buying tickets online. I was a bit unsure at first because we planned to go do this activity on the same day. I ended up purchasing 13 passes in the morning and we were set to use them by noon. Surprisingly, everything went smoothly! When we arrived at Kidzania, we got in easily and the kids had a blast trying out various workshops and pretending to be grown-ups. Their favorite part? The McDonald's experience, without a doubt! If you're thinking of going, I totally suggest getting those Kidzania ticket passes - they're worth it! 😊

That's a bummer! So, I bought this ticket for a show that had two venues. The main one turned out to be closed for a private event, but they didn't mention that when I bought the ticket. When we got there, the first venue let us in, but then our ticket became invalid. When I reached out to Klook customer service, all I got was a standard response saying they couldn't help because of the strict policies of the venues. They hoped I understood the situation. Well, sure, I get it, but now I'm out $90.

So, I was trying to book a ticket for the Shinkansen. Everything seemed fine as my payment was processed smoothly. But then, just when I thought it was all set, about 20 minutes later, I received a notification saying that my booking had been canceled. I did see there was a message explaining the reason for the cancellation, but unfortunately, I couldn't read the whole thing because it only popped up in my notifications. I looked for that message within the Klook app, but no luck. Also, I was a bit wary of the whole situation even before this happened, and I wanted to cancel the booking myself, but I couldn't figure out how to do that on the app. It feels like they could make the whole process a lot more user-friendly, don't you think?

So, I was using this app to plan my trips, and one time after I paid for a trip, I got an email from Klook saying that my payment was still pending. So, to be safe, I went back into the app and booked the trip again because I didn't want to miss out on it. Unfortunately, that resulted in me paying for the trip twice. When I reached out to Klook Support about getting a refund for the duplicate booking, they told me that since I made two bookings, I wasn't eligible for a refund.
