    It's so frustrating, I have this Visa card that has 3DS security and it works fine when I use it on other popular platforms. But every time I try to make a payment, I keep getting an error message. It's really annoying!

    This app is terrible. It just doesn't work, and getting real-time updates on it is impossible.

    This app is really great and user-friendly when you know how to use it. However, there are some problems with the English version. I can't seem to locate my reservation or any information about past purchases. It's quite frustrating and confusing for me, just like many others have mentioned. If this issue gets sorted out, the app will definitely receive much higher ratings in the future.

    I tried using the English version of the app and it was so frustrating! I couldn't even book a train ticket because none of the links were working. And forget about selecting my seat, that feature seemed totally broken too. It's like this issue keeps happening all the time. I can't help but wonder why it's not a problem in the Korean version of the app...
