1. What are Admin and Member in a business profile?

Employer accounts on KUPU have 2 operational levels: Admin and Member

As an Admin, you have the authority to approve other Employers as Members of your business, change business profiles, manage vacancies, and recruit Employers. Each business can only have one Admin.

As a Member, you can manage vacancies that you create or are transferred to you, and recruit Job Seekers

Members can only manage jobs, chat, or make offers for vacancies that they create

2. What happens if an Admin changes or leaves a business?

Admins cannot leave a business if there are no Members.

Admins must transfer the role to another Member first. All vacancies that you create will also be transferred to the new Member

After transferring roles in a business, you can leave or change the business by going to Me > Manage Business > Manage Business Information > Change/Switch Business

3. When do I pay salaries to Job Seekers?

When creating a vacancy, you will choose a payment schedule to Job Seekers. This schedule only serves as a reminder to you and the Job Seeker. After selecting a schedule, it is recommended to pay the Job Seeker according to the schedule you have selected.

To view salary payment details, go to Activities > click the arrow next to the staff name > select Salary payment details

4. How do I know if my payment has been successful?

If your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a notification via the KUPU Application notification.

You can also check your payment history on the main transaction menu.
