Hey there! The app needs some work done. It keeps logging users out even when they choose the "Remember Me" option. Additionally, while the forgot password link functions to send an email for resetting, the link to enter the new password once you're on the landing page expires, preventing you from resetting the password. Also, it seems you cannot pre-order a rotisserie chicken through the app, which is a big disappointment. Maybe consider spending less time on the fancy and amusing social media content (which I really enjoy!) and instead focus more on developing the app. Perhaps hiring a new developer could help improve things. I'm uninstalling the app now.

Hey, so I had a bit of trouble trying to order online for pickup. When I was entering my new debit card, I accidentally typed my zip code backwards. It wouldn't let me place the order until I fixed it. So, in an attempt to make it right, I entered the zip code backward to show it correctly. But it still didn't work. The frustrating part is that it ended up charging my debit card twice. Thankfully, they corrected the mistake shortly after. But now, I'm still unable to order anything through the app for pickup. I reached out to the corporate office, and they assured me that they would take care of it.

Wow, the "free" MLB tickets aren't exactly free. You have to download and subscribe to a MLB pay service for $29.99 a month in order to access the tickets. And you must remember to cancel this subscription within 7 days. It's quite a hassle, I spent over 30 minutes trying to cancel! I've received actual tickets in the mail from BP before without all this electronic complexity. I regret wasting so much time on this offer. Maybe it would have been easier to just pay $9 per ticket for the cheap seats.

I used to always go to SuperAmerica for 40 years. It wasn't because they were the best, but because there weren't any other choices. But now, Quick Trip has opened a few stores near me and they have really raised my standards for what a convenience store/ gas station/ rest area should be like. The chicken they have is so good, it tastes like it's from a restaurant. And I end up getting free items through their loyalty program quite often. Whenever I need to use the restroom while on the road, I make sure to stop here because their bathrooms are spotless!

I really enjoyed using this app. However, I am unable to log back in despite resetting my password. The password field is not working and it has been like this for a long time now. I visit KT often but this issue is making me feel upset. When you create an app, it should be free from such bugs, especially on all devices like Google Pixel. It's disheartening that this has become a major problem. Please resolve this bug so that users can enjoy your app once more.

I think the app is really cool. I enjoy getting the coupons each month, and I appreciate them a lot. But whenever I receive a coupon notification from the app, it suddenly stops working and I can't use any of the buttons. It kicks me out of the app for days or even up to a week. When I asked about this issue before, a store employee told me that this happens to everyone. It's super irritating.

Kwik Trip is awesome! Their app has tons of great deals. They keep improving with better coffee, bakery items, and food options. There's something for everyone, even the pickiest eaters!

This app is seriously sluggish. It's frustrating how it always kicks me out. The crazy thing is, I have this app on a super secure phone, so why do I have to keep proving my identity every week or two? The card it links to doesn't even need any proof! The app only opens with my fingerprint or passcode on a phone that's way more important than that tiny piece of plastic. Just let me log in once and be done with it! Sort it out, please.
