    The latest Android on my S9 Plus is disappointing and useless. I can't find my printer - every time I try to search for it, the app crashes. I reached out to DDP support but haven't heard back in a week. I paid over $1000 for this multi-functional printer and they can't even respond to an email! I've tried reinstalling many times and resetting the cache, but it's all been in vain.
