This online marketplace is great. I love this app because it makes it simple to make purchases.

The delivery is excellent. When I have questions or need a refund, the customer service team responds quickly and efficiently to resolve any issues.

It's simple to make a purchase, but receiving the items isn't as straightforward. It's not a good choice to use this service because reaching out to customer service doesn't lead to any update on your delivery status. Everything hinges on the delivery process, and there's nothing we can do if we're located in Phnom Penh and it takes more than two days for the items to arrive. If it's urgent, it's better to go directly to the store or supermarket. A reliable e-commerce app should take full responsibility and ensure smooth control from the initial order placement until the delivery is successfully completed in order to guarantee customer satisfaction.

The delivery person will call you to come grab your package at a spot that's easy for them. The customer service agent said for me to hop on a tuktuk and they'll cover the cost. They won't use the address you entered in the app, claiming it's too distant, even though it's only 2 minutes from where the driver is.

I am not happy with the delivery. They said wait for 3 to 4 hours, but it has been 9 hours now and my items have not arrived.

So, I was trying to take out this item from my cart like so many times now! I restarted the app multiple times too, but that item just won't go away. It's really frustrating me, and I can't figure out what's up with this app.

So, isn't it surprising when you find exactly what you were hoping for in an app? I really enjoy it.
