We have three daily routes (morning, afternoon, and evening). Your order will arrive in the time slot you choose, or you can also schedule it for another day during the same time slots.

What are the payment methods?

All for your convenience: Cash on delivery (Cash or credit card) and online (credit card, or we can even send you a PSE link).

What is the delivery coverage area?

For same-day delivery: All Bogotá, Chía, Medellín, and the Middle East. Cali coming soon! For deliveries to other cities, it takes approximately 3 days and you must enter "other cities."

What are the hours of day and time for my order?
