There are many different property types in Landlord GO! Streets, tennis courts, coffee shops or pizza restaurants (and MANY more) these types can be grouped into ‘Collections’.

Then you collect more properties from the same ‘Collection’ , you will receive bonuses. The bigger you grow your collection, the more money you make!

Level up Buildings

Levelling up buildings is like updating your home with the latest and greatest finishings. The higher the level of your building, the more money you earn. So don’t forget to get those levels up!

The in-game map is based on maps of the real world, so you are able to see all the properties that are in your area.. A 3D view allows you to move around and look through the area using a very unique look at the world.

How do I make money?

Making money is an important part of every game, right?

Making money in Real Estate Tycoon GO is easy and fun!

Before you start making money, you must buy properties.

First, select any property that catches your eye and click to browse.

Choose the number of shares you want to buy, confirm that the payment amount is within your ability, and then press the "Buy" button.

Of course, this is not done! This property cannot generate income for the time being, and it still has paperwork to do.

When the paperwork is completed, this is when you can really start to enjoy making money.

All income is generated on a periodic basis.

How do I upgrade?

You usually think that the richer you are, the faster you progress.

In fact, your level is calculated based on the total value of your properties, not including cash. (The total value of your properties will be displayed on the main desktop of the game)

However, don't worry, your level will only increase, not decrease.

Even if you sell all your properties, your level will remain the same. (Only the value of your empire will decrease)

Tip: Properties with trend discounts can help you upgrade faster

Tip: You can get 5 gold coins for each upgrade (the maximum maximum for one upgrade is 15 gold coins)

What is a trend?

Trends are one of the wonderful features in Real Estate Tycoon Go!

By specifying a trend, players can buy the property at a very low price.

Each trend will randomly appear with the lowest or highest discount range.

Only 1 discount trend will appear at a time.

Tip: Trends are randomly selected by the system
