As a cardholder, how do I share my subscription?

You are the only one who can manage your subscription from the “My Account” area:

- View and modify your payment method

- View and modify your subscription offer

- Add, edit or delete subscribers associated with your subscription

A guest's account is separate from yours. Your newsletter selections and your purchase and browsing history are unique to you and are not shared with your guests.

How to share your subscription with a loved one:

1. Visit the Parisien website

2. Access the My Account area by clicking on your first name, then on the “My subscription” entry

3. Then click on the “My Guests” entry

4. To add a guest, click the “+” button and enter the email address of the person to invite, then click “Send invitation by email”.

5. Your guest will receive an email in the email box provided. They will then have 7 days to activate their subscription. After this period, you will need to return to your “My Account” area and send them a new invitation.

Before offering this service, make sure that the person concerned agrees that their personal data be communicated to us.

As the holder of the subscription, how do I delete a beneficiary subscriber?

To delete a beneficiary subscriber:

1. Visit the Parisien website

2. Access the My Account area by clicking on your first name, then on the “My subscription” entry

3. Then click on the “My Guests” entry

4. Click on the “Delete” button linked to the beneficiary subscriber with whom you no longer wish to share your subscription.

Your loved one will receive an email to inform them that they no longer benefit from your subscription.

As the beneficiary of a loved one's subscription, how can you benefit from the subscription?

Your account is independent of that of the subscription holder. Only you can access your account. Your selections, newsletters, and browsing history remain separate from those of the holder.

When a loved one wishes to share their subscription with you, an invitation is sent to you by email. Open this email and click on "I log in or create an account".

If you do not have an account, you will be asked to create one.

Le Parisien regularly offers updates to its applications, in order to make certain corrections. It is therefore preferable to update them, in order to facilitate their use.

To update your Le Parisien applications, go to your store (Apple Store or Google Play), then to the menu at the top left "My games and applications". 

You can update all your applications by clicking on "Update all", or by clicking only on the application of your choice, then "update". The update only takes a few minutes.
