One person cannot use the Rakuten Check service with multiple Rakuten user IDs.

*Only one Rakuten user ID can use Rakuten Check with one person.

2. Can I check how many Lawson stamps I have collected?

You can check the stamps you have collected from the Stamps tab in the "Notifications" section of the app.

3. What happens to my points if I change my phone model?

Points are linked to the Rakuten membership information you registered.

After reinstalling the Rakuten Check app on your new phone model, all information, including points, will be carried over by logging in with the Rakuten user ID you used before.

4. How do I turn on the microphone?

・iPhone

Turn on the microphone permission in "Home screen > Settings > Rakuten Check".

・Android (OS version 6.0 or later)

Turn on the microphone permission in "Home screen > Apps > Rakuten Check > Permissions".

*There is no setting item before Android OS version 6.0. Microphone permission is always ON while using the app.
