It seems like my Samsung Galaxy J4 phone and this app are not willing to cooperate or, I should say, connect with each other. Every time I try to pair them, I keep receiving a notification saying that there are no devices connected, even though both Bluetooth settings are on, and the watch and my phone are literally just 10cm away from each other. Because of this, I can't get my blood pressure reading, can't track my sleep patterns, or receive any data via my phone simply because the two devices refuse to connect. As a result, I think the app is pretty useless, or maybe I'm just not doing something right.

So, I bought this smartwatch from WISH and they told me to download this app. Getting the watch and my phone to connect was a bit of a struggle using the app they wanted me to use. Finally, after a lot of trying, they paired up but not everything works properly. I can read my texts on the watch which is cool, but when I try to use the dialer or check my call log, it tells me "not connected." Also, the watch faces they offer aren't really that cool. Honestly, I'd only recommend using this app if you're forced to... or maybe just get yourself a new watch instead!

So, basically the app is doing okay, but the watch itself is not good at all. It said I took 1251 steps since I wore it last night before going to bed. But in reality, I only walked around to the bathroom twice and my closet once, which might be just around 25 steps altogether. Moreover, it doesn't even track my sleep. Hence, I'd say the app deserves some stars, but overall, the watch is terrible. No matter how much you paid for it, or even if you got it for free, it's just not worth it. It would be better to save up and invest in a proper tracker instead. You can actually find affordable used ones on Mercari.

So my friend gave me a smartwatch and recommended this app for it because he couldn't figure it out himself. The app looks nice, but it's kind of confusing to use. It did manage to connect to the watch fine, but unfortunately, it doesn't have the feature to automatically check my heart rate or blood pressure, which is a bummer. In summary, it seems promising at first glance, but in reality, it's not very helpful since it lacks important functions.

It seems like your band is not working as well as before. The app is not syncing all the data, sleep tracking has stopped, and you cannot see heart rate (HR) and blood pressure (BP) information in the app. However, on 12/31, a new watch face suddenly appeared and it looks great. Despite this, there are connectivity issues and intermittent syncing problems. Manual syncing, HR, and BP measurements often fail. Since the update on 12/29, the band has not been syncing data properly with the app, even though the app is connected to the band and Bluetooth is working. You have tried troubleshooting tips from the Help section but have not found a solution yet.

I would like to kindly ask the technical support team to help me with this issue. Despite updating the app to the latest version, it is still not working properly. Every time I receive a notification, the app automatically restarts and disconnects. I have to keep syncing the data repeatedly, which is very frustrating and time-consuming. It's becoming quite inconvenient. Kindly fix this problem as soon as possible, otherwise there is no point in using this app.
