Starting out in the game
Legends of Heropolis is a simulation game where you are mainly tasked to gather heroes to fight for you and your town. In the game, you’ll initially have to create a lead hero that will move in to the fallen town of Heropolis. As it turns out, the town's former protector/champion, has been beaten to a pulp by the minions of the villain organization EvilCorp. Now, it’s up to you to resolve the outstanding problems of the town and stand up against this evil.

To do this, first you’ll have to construct buildings/establishments in your town to get more people to want to move in. Upon successfully having residents move-in, you’ll groom them to become your allies of justice. You’ll have to get them to participate in the battles to obtain experience, items, resources, and suits, and from this, make your roster of heroes stronger.
When starting the game, you’ll be tasked to create your lead hero from ground up. A customization screen would be shown to you from which you get to pick specific characteristics for your hero such as its personality, hobby, and basic make-up of its sprite (hair, upper-body, and lower body) and depending on your custom specs, you’ll be awarded your very first heromorph suit.
(Earn your very first hero morph suit after you create your character)
As you then progress in the actual game, a tutorial phase with the town’s chief sidekick “Peach Justice” will guide you towards learning the basics of the game – which will include building your first establishment (tent for your lead hero), enlisting on several missions, creating your first team of heroes, and participating in battles.

Peach Justice will guide you through every single thing that you will encounter in the early parts of the game – tackling everything you’ll need to properly play the game. This is done in compartmentalized tutorials while playing the usual flow of the game. Peach Justice will stay with your roster of heroes until you earn 5 residents (playable heroes) which will then automatically make her to leave the team to open up an entry for the new hero.

Tips and Hints
1. The first thing you should do is get more heroes.
2. The friends you invite can help you strengthen your team.
3. Don’t forget to upgrade you’re Hero Morph Suits.
4. During the earlier parts of the game where you may seem to lack Hero Morph Suits, you may use enemy suits to strengthen your characters instead.
5. Try to exploit enemies’ weaknesses. Be mindful of their colors which dictates RPS mechanic of the game. (check the Hero / Characters section in the beginners guide)
6. Having heroes of the same color makes it easier to do combos and deal more damage.
7. If you find yourself stuck at the game (with little to no progress in the stages), try your luck on the lottery. Perhaps you’ll get a super strong Hero Morph Suit.
8. You can get more places for heroes to live in (additional installation options), from the building lottery.
9. When battling, remember that you instantly replenish all your heroes HP upon successfully hero-morphing them all.
10. When you have mistakenly pressed the invite button, force quit the game and restart to earn back all the invites.
11. Check for Friend Costs when enlisting friends in Patrol teams to make sure you are sending out heroes efficiently on missions (relative to their costs). You don't need to fill-up the team at all to succeed in these missions.
12. Writing up a short review of the game will earn you 500 Gold Coins - equivalent to 1 Morph Suit.
13. Check on the stuff you can improve (as shown after your battles) to earn higher scores that equates to more experience points.
14. Wait for your resources to reach their peak limit before participating in Company-Takeovers as it would affect your budget flow in the mini-game.
15. You can always "Move" buildings/installations and figure out effective installation-combinations to earn extra boosts in stats and regeneration.
