Why aren't points accruing on my card?

The Lenta loyalty card is not a cumulative card. Points are accumulated on the card only when the client participates in certain promotions that are widely announced to buyers. All points accrued as part of promotions are summed up on the card and are valid for the period specified in the terms. The validity period of points is indicated on the purchase receipt, in the personal account on the website or in the cardholder's mobile application.

How to get from 5% to 30% in points for purchases in your favorite categories?

1. Choose your 5 favorite categories in the mobile app, in your personal account on the Lenta website, or on a special tablet in the Lenta store, dividing them into levels from 1 to 5, where 1 is the category for which points will be awarded first.

2. Make any purchases in Lenta stores and increase your level.

3. Get 5% in points from the purchase amount in your favorite categories for each open level! When you open a level, you get 5% in points for purchases of goods made during the calendar month in categories corresponding to the open levels. 1 point = 1 ruble

Once you have selected your favorite categories for the first time, they remain until the end of the calendar month, and you cannot change your selection in the current month. However, you can change them in advance as many times as you like before the next month. Please remember to make your selection each month, as your selection is not automatically extended to future periods.

No more than 1500 points can be awarded per month.
