Liberty Mutual Mobile - Auto & home insurance

The app has really made everything easier for me. The only thing I would like to change is the option to pick my tow provider. Sometimes, when I needed a tow, I ended up waiting for hours because the tow truck was coming from a place that's two hours away. I recently found out about another roadside service company that is used by Liberty Mutual.

For eight months, the app has not been working well. The only part that works fine is the Right Track Service. Whenever I try to check my account by clicking on the login tab, it shows an error message saying to try again. It feels like a never-ending nightmare. I have changed my password and registered my account multiple times, but it's frustrating to keep trying. "Fed up in Florida."

I'm having trouble logging in. I'm certain about my username and password because I verified them online. Despite multiple attempts using both my username/password and email/password pairs, scrutinizing my password entry, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it still shows a "log in failed" message. While I can log in with my phone's browser, what's the point of the glitchy app? I might as well go back to Progressive, whose app works perfectly. I dread the thought of filing a claim now.

So, there I was driving along when suddenly an elk decides to dart out in front of me. I immediately file a claim about it and receive notifications through the app and email asking for photos. I try clicking on the app notification but it just keeps showing errors, unable to open it anymore. Frustrated, I try the email link instead. I diligently go through the process of taking all the required photos, hit upload, and then... nothing! It's stuck at loading 1 out of 10 forever. Spent ages trying to get it to work. Finally, I reach out to the agent, only to receive a response along the lines of, "Yeah, some folks do have issues with that photo upload app." Come on, it's definitely not the people having the problem here!

Okay, so the app is good overall, but there's a problem with the RightTrack feature. Even after reinstalling it and paying an activation fee, the maps still don't show up. That's just a common software bug. But here's the bigger issue: the way it rates my driving performance. If I make one mistake during a 10-mile trip, the entire journey gets marked as imperfect, even if the rest of the trip was flawless. Also, it considers simple actions like slowing down in a parking lot as "hard braking" events.

I changed my insurance to Liberty Mutual, and I am happy with it. Their app is simple to use, and I can view all my details anytime, anywhere. It would be great if they could merge my renters and auto insurance payments instead of keeping them separate. This makes things a bit confusing. Despite that, I really like this app and I am pleased with the service provided by Liberty Mutual so far. Liberty, Liberty,...Liberty!

The app is only good for keeping track of where I go and gathering information. It won't let me log in to view my bill or pay it. It just asks for my fingerprint and password but doesn't show my policy. Even though I'm logged in, I can't see or pay my bill. I dislike the notifications on my phone's top screen. I don't even care about the small discount for sharing my driving data. I'm removing the app. I'll send my payments by mail from now on. Liberty can keep their $40 discount for safe driving.

I like the new version of this app. It looks better and doesn't freeze as much. It would be great if we could send our insurance cards through email or share them. I once had to use my insurance after an accident, and it was tough dealing with the other driver and the police while standing by the road. Having a feature where I can quickly share my ID card would be really helpful.

So, the app was doing pretty good at first, you know. Well, I would have to open it twice every time just to see my trip info, but it wasn't a big deal. But then all of a sudden, it just quit working altogether. Every time I tried to open it, it would ask me to log in again and it wouldn't even record some of my trips. When I reached out to tech support for help, they were no help at all. They only had data from three days ago and they kept telling me that the app couldn't possibly work the way it had been working fine for a whole month! I sure hope Liberty Mutual handles claims better than they do tech support.
