The personal account of an individual entrepreneur is an application of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for interacting with tax authorities online.

The application provides the following functions:

- Simplified registration of individual entrepreneurs;

- Quick payment of debts and current tax charges;

- Monitoring of settlements with the budget - accruals and payments;

- Interaction with tax authorities electronically;

- Customizable notifications about upcoming payment deadlines, outstanding debts, activities of tax authorities, etc.;

- Receipt of extracts from the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs in electronic form;

- Information about available cash register equipment;

- Status information on documents sent to the tax authority (appeals, applications, declarations);

- Appointment scheduling at the tax office;

- Selection of the optimal tax regime.

How to create

- Log in to your personal account . Click on the name or photo in the upper right corner, then "All Organizations and Roles"

- Select: Create → Add → Individual Entrepreneur

- Fill out the form, indicate your TIN and OGRNIP

- Click “Submit” and wait until the verification is completed - it takes from 15 minutes to 5 calendar days, the timing depends on the workload of the Federal Tax Service

Notification of the result of the check will be sent to the email specified in the citizen’s profile . The individual entrepreneur’s personal account will appear in the “Accounts and Roles” section . You can also select it when entering the portal

    If an error occurs during testing

Contact the tax authority at the place of registration of the individual entrepreneur. Take with you:

- passport

- SNILS

- TIN

- IP data - an extract from the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs will do

Why do I have to change my password?

When you log in to your Personal Account for the first time, you can change your primary password or confirm its further use.

How do I access the service for children under 14?

Access to the service for persons under 14 years of age is carried out by legal representatives (parents, adoptive parents, guardians) subject to the presentation of a birth certificate or other document confirming the authority of the legal representative, and an identity document of the representative.

How is my data protected?

The Personal Account service operates on the basis of the https protocol, which provides authentication and secure connection through the use of data encryption technology.

What should I do if I suspect that my password has been stolen?

You can either change the password yourself, or apply for the generation of a new password to the Russian tax authority (not necessarily to the tax authority where you received the initial password) with an identity document. If you are unable to log in to your Personal Account with your previous password, you must contact the Inspectorate.

If you suspect that your password to access your Personal Account has been stolen, we recommend that you contact the nearest tax authority.

How do I verify my email address?

To confirm your email address, you need to fill in the "E-mail" field in the "Profile" section, click on the "Send an email to this e-mail address to confirm it" button. An email with further instructions will be sent to the email address provided.
