The app keeps crashing and is quite glitchy. The shows are okay, but not enjoyable due to the repetitive ads that can last for more than ten minutes, along with frequent black screens, crashes, and freezing issues. It doesn't remember where you stopped watching and often plays a completely different show than the one you selected. Right now, it's a bad app for a network that's supposed to be good. Even Hulu, which I dislike, does a better job with their app.

I appreciate there aren't many ads. I wish we could skip them though. I don't like it when episodes are locked and I can't watch them whenever I want. I want the freedom to enjoy any episode whenever I have time.

The shows are on this app, but most episodes are locked. You can only watch the first 3 episodes of each season unless you add LIFETIME to your cable package. It feels like false advertising. Be transparent when releasing your app.

The app is considered great by many. Ads are frequent in every show and over half of the shows are locked. Unfortunately, not all TV providers are supported, such as Comcast. This can be frustrating for some users or their parents who prefer a simpler process. Unlocking episodes could potentially increase the number of downloads and user retention.

Returned to the app again and noticed the ads. The app itself is good and the video quality is excellent. Gave it 2 stars because of the ads being repeated too often without any new ones. It becomes tedious and irritating hearing the same three ads over and over again. There's this "Needham Bank" ad that plays consecutively, and I've memorized it by now. Hoping they introduce a wider range of advertisements.

There are so many ads. You're watching the show smoothly, then suddenly an ad pops up and starts freezing. If the app suddenly closes and you try to go back to where you left off, you have to watch about 50 ads just to start watching the show again.
