Steps to get credit score and report using Lista

It’s easy to get a credit score and report as long as you have an active account on Lista. Just follow these steps:

For TransUnion credit score & report:

1. Open the Lista app and tap the ⌵ next to Your Credit Score & Report found on the first section of your Lista dashboard.

2. Press the Request Now button and it will take you to the pre-KYC verification to check if you already have records with TransUnion.

3. Fill out the pre-KYC form with your personal details that match the valid ID you will use. Make sure the valid ID is not expired and should match the one you used to apply for a credit card or loan at banks and other financial institutions.

4. Just wait for the result of the verification process. If it is successful, you will receive a pop-up message saying We’ve found your credit report!

5. Tap Continue for payment. Each TransUnion report request has a fee of P349.00.

6. After payment, the app will return you to your Credit Score dashboard. Simply tap Download Report to get your TransUnion report.

7. Choose a folder to save it to (it is usually saved in the Downloads folder on your device).

8. Go to the dedicated folder and simply look for the file name TU_Credit_Report.pdf.

For CIBI credit score & report:

1. Open the Lista app and go to the Marketplace section found at the bottom of your screen.

2. Go to the Others section to see the CIBI Credit Score dashboard. Click the Get my score button.

3. Read the instructions carefully and prepare 1 valid ID. Tap Proceed.

4. Tap Subscribe and choose your payment option. The fee for each CIBI credit score request is P199.00.

5. Upload your valid ID.

6. Fill in the required details. Make sure your full name, mobile number, and address are the same as those on your valid ID.

7. Tap Confirm Details. You will be redirected to your camera for the Liveness Check.

8. Follow the instructions to complete the verification.

9. Tap Check My Score and you’re done!

100% secure! Lista has a 4-digit PIN requirement before you can access your account. Your mobile number and 4-digit PIN are required every time you log in.

5. Can you cash in on Lista?

The Lista App does not accept cash, nor can you cash in or transfer money. It is just a tool for you to track your finances such as personal cash flow and business transactions or payments or debts of your customers.
