How to register on the site?

You can register an account either on a computer or in a mobile application — on a phone or tablet. After logging into your account, you will be able to access the features available to a registered user (create a library, pay for books, subscribe to an author, publish books, etc.).

I enter my email and it says: this already exists

This means that you are already a user of the portal. Log in to the site in the same way that you used to register on the portal, perhaps registration was through a social network page. If you do not remember your login details, use the account access recovery function.

How to change the name on the site (nickname)?

Click on the "Add novel" or "Add story" button in your account. The "Select a pseudonym" window will appear, where you can make changes by specifying the desired name. After saving the new name, adding a novel or story is not necessary.

If you are an author and there are already published books under your account, you can change your name (pseudonym) only by first deleting previously published books.

Please note: Do not use all capital letters for your name.

How to upload/change avatar, change background, change previously added email, add information about yourself?

You can add or change your profile photo (avatar) only in the browser PC version (you can switch the version at the very bottom of the site page, on the gray background). To make changes, click Edit profile, then "Change avatar (picture)" and enter the necessary information.

Please note that the avatar size must be 160*160 pixels.

Why can't I access 18+ books?

Age-restricted books are only available to users who have logged into their account and users whose age is recorded on the site as "over 18 years old". Age is specified during registration or is automatically pulled from the social network through which registration was made.

If the site did not open books with age restrictions for reading, it means that either you are not yet 18, or your age has been pulled up as "0" years. This can happen if your age is not indicated in the social network, or you recently indicated your age there, or completely hid it, or just registered on our site. After some time, the social network will transfer your age to the site, and it will be automatically recorded according to your account on the site.

If you have indicated such age by mistake or the social network, for some reason, has not transmitted the information you updated, you can contact the support service (via the feedback form) with confirmation of your real date of birth. 

How can I delete my account on the site and all my personal data?

To delete an account and all personal data, please send a request to the support service  with the corresponding request, and we will delete the account, as well as all your personal data. Please note that when creating a request, you must be in the account that you plan to delete and add a link to this account in the text of the request.

- I can't log into my account

First of all, make sure that you have entered your login details correctly, that is, you have chosen the login method that you used during registration.

- I don't remember my login and password to enter

If you do not remember your login details, restore access to your account - you will be sent a letter with instructions to the email you used when registering. If you have not received the letter, check your spam folder, perhaps the letter got there, be sure to make sure that letters from "Lintet" are not marked as spam!

- I enter my login and password and see the error “user with this e-mail not found”

If the site displays the error "User not found" when entering information, check the possibility of logging in another way - through your social network page, with which you could register (you registered through a specific social network - you need to log in to the site through it) or another email, which you, for example, used earlier. 

- access to the paid book/books has been lost in the account

Most often, the reason for this situation is the presence of a second account created by you using another email address or another social network page (this happens especially often if you use different devices to visit the site. Having opened an account through VKontakte, OK or FB, you forget about it and log in to the site through another social network, and do not even notice that you are logging in from different accounts). Probably, the library that you created is on another account and you can log in to it in the way that you used when registering this account. 

If none of the recommendations helped, you still can't log in - find your profile by searching for your nickname here: litnet.com, send a link to your profile to our support service litnet.com. In case of a problem with logging into the library of paid books - send a copy (photo, screenshot) of the payment document. Based on this information, the support service will be able to establish the account from which the payment was made and suggest the login details.
