1. Can someone else answer the questions?

Not at all! You are special to us. You were chosen randomly using a methodology to ensure the representativeness of the survey results. That is why only you should answer the questions we send. You risk being excluded from the sample and losing your benefits if you allow others to answer the surveys sent to your Smartphone.

2. I am not receiving surveys/questions.

We will normally send you about 3 to 5 questions per day. If you think you are not receiving enough surveys/questions, please send us an email to users@livepanel.co so we can check that everything is in order.

3. I receive too many surveys/questions per day.

Our commitment to panelists is to avoid sending too many surveys/questions per day. In fact, we will avoid sending more than 8 surveys per day. And each survey takes about 10 to 15 seconds to be answered. This means that you should only spend a maximum of 100 seconds per day on LivePanel. That's less than 2 minutes! That's very little time! But if that still seems too much, you can contact us at users@livepanel.co.

4. Polls/questions are repeated all the time.

This is absolutely normal. Part of LivePanel's research is to understand the behavior of the population throughout the day, every day. We hope you don't get too bored with the polls. Please be patient with them and always answer honestly!

5. I don't understand a question I received.

If you don't understand any of the questions, or their possible answers, please write to us at users@livepanel.co or give us a call. We can probably improve the wording next time.

If you think the question is ambiguous, and you should choose more than 1 answer, please choose the answer that is closest to your reality.

6. I registered in Livepanel, I answered questionnaires, and I even changed a prize, but I haven't received new questions for days. What is happening?

You should receive at least one question per day, mainly during the first 100 days of installing the application. The reasons for not receiving new questions are:

- Some kind of failure in the communication of the application, in this case we suggest you reinstall Livepanel.

- That we do not have ongoing studies in your country, Livepanel collects and rewards generic information from its users, but the most important thing is the studies of our clients, and in some countries there could be days where you do not receive questions.

- That your account has been suspended for violation of our terms of service, which include:

-- Create multiple accounts using the same device and claim rewards at the same time

-- Two or more accounts send prizes to the same phone number

-- That you answer the questionnaires without paying attention to the quality questions, or always answering the same options in an automated way.

-- That your response times are extremely short, which implies that you have not read the questions.
