You can cancel in store or through Liverpool Pocket. Keep the product in good condition, with all its components and original packaging. To speed up the process, you must also have your proof of purchase.

There is no time limit to make your exchange or return, however we ask you to consider the following:

1. Product conditions

    - Applicable products

You can exchange or return almost any product, however for hygiene and health reasons, there are some restrictions. Check the list of products with special conditions.

    - The product must be in good condition.

Have the proof of purchase with you to speed up the process. If you do not have it, our collaborators will support you.

    - Change of size and/or color

It will always be possible to make changes in clothing and shoes for size or color, even if it is a gift.

2. Where to do

Request the product exchange at any store. For large products, call our CAT (55 5262 9999 or from your cell phone *7171) to schedule a collection appointment.

If you have scheduled a pickup, we will notify you via email to pick up your product.

3. Refund method

If the exchange was not an option and you want to return the product, the refund will be made to a Liverpool Electronic Wallet or to your original payment method. If you do not have the purchase receipt (physical or confirmation email), the refund will be made to an electronic wallet.

Refunds to credit and/or debit cards are only issued to the original card used for the purchase. In refunds applied to cards issued by financial institutions other than Liverpool, processing times will depend on each institution.
