Q: My game keeps crashing! What do I do?

A: Please make sure to attempt some device troubleshooting first by trying these steps:

- Force close the Looney Tunes game app.

- Make sure you are running the latest version of the game.

- Power off and power back on your device.

- Uninstall and reinstall Looney Tunes: World of Mayhem. If you signed into Game Center or Google Play, you should be able to sign in and recover your progress.

In any case, make sure to submit a ticket to Customer Care as they need player data to understand these issues. If you are unable to log into the game, e-mail Scopely at looneysupport@scopely.com with as much information as possible regarding your issue.

Q: Can I play on Android and iOS at the same time?

A: Currently you can only have your account associated with either Google Play (Android) or Game Center (iOS). If you are on one of these and would like to switch to the other, copy down your Player ID from the settings menu and contact support to request a transfer.

Q: Why am I not seeing all events available?

A: All our events in World of Mayhem have different player level requirements. This means that if you don’t have the minimum player level required, you won’t see them and you won’t be able to participate in them. This is also the case for all our onboarding mini-events that accompany new players through their progression journey.

Q: Will an inventory be added to the game?

A: This is a common request and something that does not have priority over other quality of life changes that are being worked on. If you need to know how many items you have of a particular piece, you can tap the material icon to see how many you currently own.

Q: Were the payouts of Tier 6 crates nerfed when Tier 7 crates came out?

A: No. The Tier 6 crates still have the same payout odds as they did prior to the Tier 7 update. None of the chances for rare or superior items have changed in any way.

    You are mad because the Lucky Saloon is so hard in the game, that's frustrating.

    I tried this game when it came out and really liked it. But I had to delete it from my old phone to free up space. When I reinstalled it, I was sad to see that the little town building part was missing. I felt like it added a nice touch to the game. The showbiz aspect doesn't feel engaging enough. I hope they bring back the town building feature. Although I just began playing it again yesterday, I had to start from scratch, but I already have many characters.

    I used to really enjoy playing this game and would play it multiple times a day. However, recently the updates have made it necessary to spend money in order to advance to a certain point, and the progress I had made before doesn't really help towards reaching the goals. Each update adds a new character that requires spending money to make progress, and the most recent update is a clear example of this. I have been playing this game for a couple of years, but I don't think I will continue playing it. I won't be purchasing any more games from this company in the future.

    Game could have been great, but developers' greed ruined it. Constant crashes not fixed despite numerous reports. Worked fine initially but became frustrating with pay-to-win system and crashes. No response from developers to crash reports sent.

    You love the game, it's nostalgic and the gameplay and graphics are great. You have some suggestions: Display current/max XP meter when clicking profile. Allow checking stats of enemy units in brawl and arena by long pressing icons. Show active events, but lock them for ineligible players. Create a feature for alliance members to donate tune-up materials. Thank you!

    This game is just awesome. It's so much fun and stays true to the Looney Toons vibe throughout. Dropping safes or hitting other characters with a mallet is always a blast. The player versus player aspect is straightforward and enjoyable, and there are plenty of resources to collect or take from others, making it worth the wait. Winning doesn't require spending money, but you do need to put in a lot of time. Overall, you'll have a great time playing and laughing all the way through.

    The game is really enjoyable. One thing that could make it even better is if, before a battle, we could see the enemy character lineup and their roles, like tank, attacker, or support. This would help players strategize better, especially if they're not familiar with all the characters.
