    It's an amazing app! I've only used it for 10 days and I can already feel my core getting stronger and tighter.     I really like this app. It has been very helpful to me. I have noticed some ads, though. One thing that I think could be improved is the ability to switch out certain exercises in the workout plan. Some of the exercises are too hard on my body, and I can't do them, so I end up skipping them. I feel like I'm missing out on the full experience because of this.
