    It's nice and easy to use. I didn't like my previous workout app because it was difficult to find a good place for my phone while exercising. This new app is much better. I appreciate the built-in timer that notifies me when the workout time is almost up. It might be too basic for tech-savvy individuals, but as a 32-year-old mom, it's just right for me! I would suggest this app to anyone who isn't very interested in using a lot of apps or spending too much time on screens. It's a fantastic, simple app that doesn't require much effort to maintain.

    I found the workouts I got were too simple. As someone who can't even do a single push-up, I really struggle with them. But, I prefer the other workout options like HIIT and focusing on specific areas. For a more challenging workout, I recommend using the men's app. It's good for intense HIIT and targeted exercises, but not so much for the 30-day plan. Start with the 30-day plan to warm up, then switch to the men's app or do targeted area/HIIT workouts.

    Appreciate the app despite ads. Lost 4 pounds in 4 days with hiit workouts. Previously lost weight with intermittent fasting, gained 20 pounds after stopping. At my heaviest and felt depressed.     I think this app is really great. I've checked out all the 1-star reviews and they're not true. There are hardly any ads, just one when you start and finish a workout which is fantastic since it's free. The workouts have made a big difference for me. I feel stronger and I'm losing weight consistently. Although, I'm not sure if the calorie count is right because my fitness watch says I burn less than what the app shows. By the way, I've been using the app for a month now and I've lost 4kg!
