    I downloaded an app and shopped at the duty-free shop while leaving the country. I received points and discounts, so I could shop enthusiastically. Some popular items were sold out, but by making reservations or setting up restocking notifications, I was able to purchase most of the things I wanted before my trip. The downside is that I went over budget from shopping too eagerly... Why do I keep wanting to buy things? Why are things so cheap at duty-free shops? I ended up buying a lot because I kept adding items to my cart. After taking a duty-free receipt number, my number immediately appeared, so I had to check if it was really mine. I look forward to my next trip because I want to go duty-free shopping again.

    So, it was the last day of the month, November 30th, and the app they released had a bunch of issues with it, especially when it came to making payments. It seemed like they didn't do any quality testing before releasing it. The server was really slow because they were giving away free money that was going to expire that day. And this happens every month! It's crazy that they haven't figured out how to fix this issue yet. People end up leaving their online store without buying anything.

    Since this new version of the app came out, I had some trouble using it. However, after two months of using it, it seems like all the issues have been fixed. It's really easy to find my way around, and there are lots of promotions and reward points available. Plus, when I check prices with other duty-free apps, this one always has the lowest prices. Whenever I had a problem and contacted customer service, they were quick to help me out. I was happy that the customer service representative spoke English fluently and didn't keep me waiting too long. Overall, compared to other duty-free companies, some of which don't even offer English support, this app is the best.
