Complimentary Delivery. Order(s) place by noon can be delivered as early as same day, remote areas excluded.

How to care for your jewellery?

Made from precious materials and crafted with care, Louis Vuitton jewellery is a delightful companion that will stand the test of time. To ensure your cherished jewellery stays beautiful, please note the following:

Remove your jewellery when washing your hands or using abrasive chemicals that can damage precious metals, gemstones and pearls. Try to avoid contact with abrasive surfaces, as this can cause surface scratches. External impacts can affect the setting and performance of the jewellery and should be avoided.

Make sure to store your product in the small pocket or box provided at the time of purchase to avoid scratches and chips. Store each piece of jewellery separately to avoid abrasion.

Jewellery products can be cleaned with warm water (not exceeding 30°C). Brushing is not recommended. After completely drying, polish with a jewellery polishing cloth (special cloth - 50% polyester / 50% nylon, only very soft to the touch). For jewellery containing semi-precious stones such as pearls, shells, turquoise, lapis lazuli, agate, malachite, etc., make sure to use alcohol-based solutions such as makeup, hand sanitizer and perfume before wearing. Please wait a moment to allow makeup, alcoholic solutions and perfume to dry on your skin before wearing.

In order for your Louis Vuitton product to remain beautiful for many years, it is recommended to rotate it regularly to allow it to have enough time to cure, as continuous and frequent high-intensity wear and tear may cause the material to break down prematurely.

Keep leather and canvas products away from water, oil, perfume, alcohol-based solutions such as hand sanitizer, direct heat sources, direct sunlight, excessive humidity or hot or cold environments. Prolonged exposure to these elements may cause unnecessary damage or premature wear. After contact with water, wipe with a soft cloth immediately to avoid soaking. When using cosmetics, perfume or alcohol-based solutions such as hand sanitizer, wait for a while to make sure the skin is dry before using your Louis Vuitton product.

Repeated contact with hard or rough surfaces (floors, such as carpets, mats, walls) may cause scratches and graining in corners and areas of heavy wear. Prolonged contact with dark or highly colored materials may cause foreign colors to blend into the leather or canvas surface. Contact with these surfaces and materials should be avoided as much as possible to keep the product looking and feeling good.
