What is Lounge by Zalando?

Lounge by Zalando is Zalando's online outlet. We offer our registered members exclusive access to a selection of over 2,500 top brands at particularly attractive prices.

Every day is different for us. We do not offer a fixed assortment, but provide our members with new, time-limited sales promotions every day. From sought-after labels and up-and-coming manufacturers to well-known, international names and high-quality brands – we cater to every taste. With us you can also save up to 75% compared to the manufacturer's recommended retail price. However, you should decide quickly to secure your new favorite piece, because our offers are only available for a short time and in limited quantities.

How do the sales promotions work? 

Every day we offer you ten to twelve new sales promotions. On weekdays it starts at 7 a.m., on weekends at 8 a.m. After the sales launch, our promotions are usually only online for three to five days. The number of items available is also limited. Once the items are sold out, we can't reorder them – unfortunately, what's gone is really gone. So it pays to be quick to secure your new favorite piece.

How do I become a member of Lounge by Zalando?

Easy! Register free of charge and without obligation on our homepage. If you are already a Zalando customer, you can easily use your Zalando login data.

Can I return multiple orders in one package?

Yes. If you would like to return items from multiple orders, you are welcome to return them to us in one package. You can find all return documents for the respective orders in your customer account under Orders & Returns.

Simply pack all the items you want to return into one package, add all the completed return labels and stick one of the return labels on the outside of the package. However, we ask that you return orders from Lounge by Zalando and Zalando separately.

If you have received an order in several packages, you can also return the items in one package.

How can I return an item? 

You can return new items free of charge within 31 days of delivery. During this time, the return form will be available in your customer account.

To return an item:

Log in to your customer account with your email address and password.

Under Orders & Returns, you can see all your orders. Find the right order and click Return Item. Select the items you want to return and specify the reason for the return.

Now you can download your return slip as a PDF, save it and then print it out.

Place the items in their original packaging and the return label in the shipping box. Stick the return label on the tightly sealed box.

Hand in your return to Deutsche Post, a Packstation, or Hermes and keep the proof of posting. We will cover the costs for return shipping.

As soon as the return arrives at our fulfillment center, you will get your money back. This usually takes a maximum of 10 working days after you have checked in the package.

Of course! Once your return has been processed in our warehouse, we will notify you by email of the receipt of your package and the upcoming refund.

How exactly does the ordering process work? 

Browse through our promotions and choose the products you like. Our photos, product descriptions and size guide will help you choose the right size. Once you've added an item to your cart, you'll have 20 minutes to complete your purchase. Sounds stressful? You can add another 20 minutes to the remaining time by adding one more item to your cart.

When placing your first order, please enter your billing address and select a payment method in the next step. In the last step, you can check your order, change your personal data, enter a different delivery address and, if necessary, redeem a voucher.

When you click Buy Now, your order will be submitted. We will send you an order confirmation to your email address.

Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong item (size, color, etc.). Can I still replace it?

You can find a copy of your invoice under "Orders & Returns" in your customer account. Simply select the order number and click on the "Download invoice" button under the list of your ordered items.

Shopping or making purchases using the Lounge by Zalando App (“App”) outside the countries where Lounge operates (the "Permitted Areas") is not allowed. To make a purchase through the App, you must be physically within a Permitted Area and provide delivery and billing addresses within a Permitted Area. Changing the addresses to one outside of a Permitted Area is prohibited even if the order is for local delivery or pickup. By using the App, you agree not to conduct sales outside the Permitted Areas and avoid purchases beyond those regions.
