The app has gotten a bit better, but I'm still facing some issues with it. Firstly, when I'm using the app, it suddenly kicks me out, and then I have to start all over again. I even restart my phone completely to try and fix this problem. Secondly, the app sometimes deletes everything I had selected to buy. I usually take pictures of items I want so that I won't forget about them next time. Finally, after purchasing the items, the app or the company doesn't provide me with a sales number, nor do I receive any emails. I need this number to keep track of my package.

I have been using Lovely Wholesale for a while now. Since I got the app, my experience has become so much better! The app makes everything easy and the transactions go really smooth.

The clothes are super cheap and it really shows. The pictures are not accurate at all, they make the clothes look much better than they actually are. When you get them, they're totally different from what you saw online. Also, the fabric is not even cotton, it's some kind of low-quality blend.

Using this app is pretty straightforward. It's simple to navigate and find what you're looking for, as the descriptions are clear. Paying for items is also hassle-free. However, saving items might be a bit tricky since adding them to your wish list doesn't automatically subtract from your balance. Despite this, the app is overall great. On the downside, cancelling an order can be a bit of a challenge as there are numerous steps involved to secure a refund.

Oh, I can't upload review images for points. I really like the items, but when I try to upload my images for points, it keeps saying "read memory card access denied". All of my permissions are turned on for this app! I have no problems uploading to any other platforms. It's so frustrating. I spend a lot of money with LW and I want my points. Please fix this 🙏🏽.

Oh no! I got the wrong item and I can only reach them through live chat, which is not useful because they keep asking for a picture of the wrong item, but their link to upload the picture is broken. Every time I try to explain this issue, the live chat person suddenly ends the conversation. **Update** It has been 10 minutes now, and I am still waiting for the live chat to connect.

I really like Lovely Wholesale for wholesale clothing. I've introduced a whole new range of clothing styles to my small neighborhood because there are no clothing stores nearby. Thanks to Lovely Wholesale, there are plenty of choices available every time I order, so each purchase is different from the last. I also enjoy buying separate tops and bottoms and combining them as sets. It's awesome! I just wish they didn't limit some deals to a quantity of 2. But overall, no issues at all with the app.

I really like shopping at Lovely Wholesale. I didn't get one of my packages, but Ms. Nancy, one of the agents, helped me track it. When she couldn't find it, she made sure I got a refund.
