    I am in love with this app! It has all the features I need and it's so easy to use. The interface is very friendly too. No complicated coding required, which is a huge plus for me. One of my favorite things is the option to upload items with their details and prices using a CSV format. Another great feature is the back office system that lets me keep track of my daily sales and transactions. My only hope is for the developers to add more payment options for subscriptions. Also, at the moment, the currency is only in USD.

    Alright, things are going well. I would appreciate a list of items in open ticket status. This will help me gather what's missing for order fulfillment all at once. If this feature is added to the app, I will definitely give it a 5-star rating. I may also consider getting the paid subscription for social media integration.

    I give it a 5-star rating because I really appreciate the super helpful customer service, especially Georg. However, there are parts of the app that could be better, especially the kitchen display function. It's annoying that I need to be connected to the internet to use it. It would be great if I could use it with Bluetooth or Wi-Fi even without a strong connection.
