New registration/authentication method for general member account

The system will send a mobile text message to your mobile phone. Please enter the received verification code into the field on the registration page, click "Verify", and then click the "Register and Agree" button to send.

Step3

"Authentication is complete and you can buy things!" appears on the screen, which means that the open-air account has been successfully registered. The system will automatically generate an account starting with ru in English ✱✱✱✱✱✱✱. You can use your mobile phone number or this ru ✱✱✱✱ ✱✱✱Log in with your account and you can start shopping at the outdoor market!

Tips

➤If you want to modify the member account automatically generated by the system, you can go to "Member Information" to modify it. Please note that the member account can only be modified once.

➤The account to be modified only accepts a combination of lowercase English letters, numbers, and "_" and "-" symbols, with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 24 characters.

It cannot contain symbols such as "@", "&", "%", "!", "$", "^", "*", "'", "<", etc., or spaces or tab characters.

Tip: If you want to separate characters so they can be distinguished, use hyphens, for example: ruten_ruten_123.

E-mail authentication method and real-name authentication method (if you need to list products for sale, you need to complete the following steps)

After returning to the home page, please click "Seller Center" on the upper right. After entering the Seller Center page, click Account > "Authentication Status Query" in the left column.

Step2

After entering the member authentication status page, please click "Proceed for authentication" in the Email field.

Step3

Enter the email verification page and click "Reissue Verification Code", confirm receipt of the email verification code, enter it, and click "Confirm to Send" to send it out.

Step4

For information related to real-name authentication, please refer to the "Related Instructions for Real-name Authentication in Open Air Markets". After completing the real-name authentication, you can put your products on the shelves for sale.

Things to note

    1. If you want to purchase goods, you only need to complete mobile phone authentication. If you want to sell goods, you need to complete mobile phone and email authentication and real-name authentication.

    2. The open-air market is expected to start on January 12, 2023. In order to improve the effective use of member accounts, a set of mobile phone numbers can only be bound to one open-air member account. In order to provide users with a better user experience, you can modify your mobile phone number and modification wishes by yourself. Bind open-air account.

    3. To ensure consistent member identification, applications for changing member accounts or merging accounts are currently not available.

    4. If you are not a Taiwanese and do not have a Republic of China ID number, you can fill in the [Unified ID Number] in the [ID Card Number] field. If you do not have a [Unified ID Number] and a [Taiwan Mobile Phone Number], you can perform identity authentication. , you will not be able to register as a member.     5. Once the account has been registered, it cannot be transferred or given to relatives and friends.

- Starting from 2020/05/16, the Customs Administration of the Ministry of Finance has fully implemented the real-name authentication system for overseas shopping. If the case is declared without real-name authentication, the goods will not be cleared for import.
