How does Loops work?

1. How do I sign up?

Loops is currently designed for users to register us ing Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram or mobile number. In order to sign up for a Loops account please click/ tap on the desired log- in option, and enter the login credentials for your desired social media account.

2. How Can I go live?

From your iOS or Android mobile device: Tap the rose red camera button located at lower right corner at home page in Loops app. Input a title and select a tag for your broadcast. Tap the image to change cover photo if you want, and tap" Go Live". Simple like that.

3. How can I become a guest?

Click the guest video icon when you watch live and follow the instructions on screen then your request for guest video will be sent to broadcaster. Once broadcaster accepted your request, the guest video will start automatically.

Account Settings

1. How do I follow a user?

If you would like to follow a user, tap his avatar photo, then tap follow button.

Also you can navigate to the search page on the app, then you can search user by his ID or name, then tap follow button to follow him/ her.

2. How do I unfollow a user?

If you would like to unfollow a user, navigate to your profile, then tap Following and remove the ti ck beside his/ her name.

3. How do I close Notification?

Navigate to your settings and then select" Notifications." From there, you can change your preferences.

4. How do I delete my account?

There is no option in the application to delete the account, but you could delete all your broadcasts and sign out of the application.

Troubleshooting

1. I can't go live?

Please Follow the below steps:

- Uninstall and reinstall the application once more while making sure you have the latest version of the application is downloaded

- Make sure you have a strong and constant internet connection

- Try mobile data instead of WIFI

- Try another mobile device if this option is available

Hunger Game Guidelines

1. Host can set the entrance fe e and max player can join the game

2. Host can start game anytime without waiting for all players joined.

3. The winner of each round is able to kick out one player from the list. If winner does not do so, the winner will be kicked out from game.

4. The user who has been kicked out by winner can purchase a“SHIELD” to stay in the game.

5. Host and final winner will receive certain diamonds and experience based on total coins in the game.

6. If host ends game halfway, the entrance fe e will be refunded to all players.

7. Loops team reserve the right to change, amend, modify, suspend, continue or terminate the game and game features at anytime with or without prior notice

8. LOOPS team reserve the right to ban any account or that they deem necessary for the benefit of the community, there is no tolerance for abusing the game function and game rewards.
