    I remember the excitement when I first downloaded this app 4-5 years ago. It was fantastic! Now, each time I switch games, an ad pops up. It's frustrating. The app also stalls or freezes during startup. I've really had it with these issues. If things don’t improve soon, I’ll have to uninstall it. Maybe it’s because I refuse to buy tokens.

    I absolutely loved this game. For years, it brought me joy. But now, I can’t even open it on my mobile. I reached out to the support team on February 27th. They wanted a snapshot of the problem, but what good is just an image of the game icon on my menu? It feels pointless. I’m done with it. Goodbye, AGS Interactive.

    It’s frustrating to hear about your experience. You loved the game and enjoyed bragging about it. Now, things seem to go downhill. Issues with buying tickets for events. Promises of easy wins don’t match reality. Having to go through PayPal just to get support feels unfair. The thrill of a big win vanishes when the game doesn’t register it, especially after spinning too fast. You’ve faced this multiple times. That’s disappointing, and it’s understandable to feel upset.

    It’s so frustrating when your roommates enjoy playing Lucky Play while you can’t even open the game. Since June 29th, it’s been nothing but trouble. You reached out to support, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing changed. Tech support feels useless in this situation! Days go by, and on October 9th, you still face the same issue. What a mess! They want you to send your player ID, but you can't access the game to get it. If they can’t fix it, why not take it down?
