It's been amazing up until now, right? I have noticed that we always see the number '1' every time we send a response. And, if the artist can possibly read our replies once they check the response storage, how can we know if they've already seen it? Are there any indicators for fans like us to tell if our messages have been read?

I really like this app because it lets me express my feelings with emoticons. However, I can't see the emoticons in the store for some reason. Every time I try to open an emoticon pack, I get an error message saying "Unstable Network Connection" even though my WiFi is working perfectly. Can you please assist me with this issue? I want to be able to use a variety of emoticons in my messages and comments. Kindly address this problem promptly. Just to let you know, I've already sent you an email with a screenshot attached regarding this matter. Please fix this problem at your earliest convenience.

Wow, I've been using this app for months now and finally decided to leave a rating. The translation wasn't that great, but thanks to Xiaojun who reported a message that was wrongly translated. Now we can update and select the proper translation. Thank you, Xiaojun! Lots of love to you!

I enjoy communicating with my idols. However, whenever I try to reply quickly after they send a message, I think my replies have been sent. Unfortunately, later on, I find that my messages are appended as the latest instead of sending them right away. This issue prevents me from continuing the conversation with the artist. It has been happening repeatedly and it's frustrating. I hope this problem can be resolved soon. Although I faced this issue in the past few months, I didn't mention anything before. Now, it has become too much to handle.

Oh no! I keep missing messages from artists as there are no real-time notifications. The whole point of the app is to chat with them, but I'm missing out on the opportunity. It's also a bit pricey, and you can't buy the same ticket twice. Switching subscriptions between one artist and two is such a hassle - I have to wait until the current one ends. I lost all my accumulated hearts because of this and it's frustrating.

Wow, the bubble function is great but it keeps duplicating my messages. I sent a message before the artist, but somehow it keeps changing time and appearing as a new message. The number 1 keeps disappearing and then showing up again. I really hope they fix this issue soon. Thanks a lot!

Jisung from NCT requested a lot of stars for this, but it should actually get 4 stars because we need the screenshot back please. Additionally, why does it keep sending back my old messages after the artist's messages? I hope this will be fixed. Oh, and why can't we buy one ticket twice? I mean, if people suddenly change their minds to subscribe two persons but they have to unsubscribe first, it's a waste. So yeah, that's all. 😊

It's so frustrating - I send a message, get a reply, and then my message vanishes to the bottom of the chat. And just when I want to send more messages, I can't. The subscription is pricey for non-bubble senders like me. I started with 4 tickets, and now I'm left with just one. Decided to cancel my subscription. Thanks anyway.

Talking to your idols is awesome! I think there might be a problem with my phone notifications because I'm not getting any chats even though the app notifications are turned on.
