M+ Messenger Simple Operation Manual

Activate and log in

1. After the service is activated, you will receive the M+ enterprise extension (enterprise account name) E-mail mobile APP

Open communication and service extension user setting completion notification email and text message (if a mobile phone number is provided). Click the red button of the corporate account verification letter below.

2. Enter your mobile phone number and the system will send you a verification code. After your mobile phone receives the text message sending the verification code, please enter the verification code on the page.

3. The mobile phone number you entered will receive a text message with an APP download link. Please follow this link to download M+APP.

4. New users please enter your mobile phone number to verify and log in. After verification is completed, please enter your email address and password to create your M+ account.

5. After logging in, there will be an invitation notification for the enterprise account that needs to be responded to. Check the box to agree to the terms of the corporate account and click to agree to join.

6. Jump out of the corporate extension account login page. There is no need to enter the account number yourself. Enter the corporate extension password.

After that, click to log in (see the notification email or mobile phone text message for password details).

Extension operating instructions

1. Company address book: You can search the extensions of company employees and make calls

2. Transfer calls to mobile phone: transfer the call in the phone or PC version to the mobile phone to answer the call

3. Enterprise extension settings: You can set functions such as do not interfere, designated transfer, etc.

4. Transfer the call: To transfer the call, please click the button and select the transfer object.

    i. Priority call: When A calls B, the transferee B will first talk to the transferee C, and B's call will be suspended. The call between B is terminated and converted into a call between A and C.

    ii. Direct transfer: A calls B. The transferee B does not need to talk to C, but is directly transferred to the transferee C, completing the conversation between A and C.

5.Multi-party calls

    i. On the call screen during a call, click the "Conference" button.

    ii. Please select the method to search for the call partner.

    iii. After participants join, the call will become a conference call. Click the "Invite" button to add more participants. A maximum of six people can participate in the conference call.

6. Enterprise extension settings

    i. Do not interfere: When turned on, you will not receive any incoming calls.

    ii. Designated transfer (this function is only available for those who have applied for No. 1, 4 rings +): All incoming calls will be transferred to your designated phone number (extension/mobile/local) unconditionally.

    iii. Calling number display: When you make a call, whether the other party will display your phone number.

Registration/login issues

Q1: Why can’t I receive the SMS for authentication?

If you are unable to successfully receive the SMS for authentication, the reasons may be as follows:

    Please check that the phone number you entered is correct.

    The delivery of text messages may sometimes be delayed due to the impact of the communication environment.

    You can also choose to call the "toll-free voice service" and listen to the "authentication code".

If the problem cannot be solved, please provide the following information in the "Problem Report Form":

    Basic information set in M+ Messenger (country of residence, country code, phone number)

    Your phone number operator

    Specific problem content, for example: Unable to receive authentication SMS

Q2: Why does an error message appear after entering the verification code?

1. The verification code is a set of 4 digits. Please make sure you have entered the correct verification code.

2. The verification code is valid for ten minutes. If the time expires, please request a new verification code.

3. If you receive multiple sets of verification codes, please fill in the last verification code sent by the system.

Q3: I have registered an M+ account. Can I use my M+ account to log in?

Please upgrade the M+ App to version 6.9 (inclusive) or above first, and go to "More>Personal Information" in the App to complete the password setting. Then you can use the set M+ account (mobile number, email or M+ ID) and Use the password to log in to M+. In addition to the web version, multiple mobile devices (including devices registered with M+) can be logged in at the same time.

Q4: Why can’t I log in using my phone number when I registered M+ with my mobile phone number?

First, please upgrade the M+ App to version 6.9 (inclusive) or above. If the M+ App is already version 6.9 (inclusive) or above, it may be due to

The M+ account previously registered with this mobile phone number has been deleted and invalidated, and needs to be re-registered;

The M+ account previously registered with a mobile phone number has not yet set an email and password. Unable to log in because there is no password. In this case, if the M+ account registered with the mobile phone number is still in use on other devices, please go to "More>Personal Information" of the device, complete the email and password settings, and then go to the device to use the account. and password to log in; if there is no M+ account registered with the mobile phone number and used on other devices, the password for login cannot be set, and you can only re-register the M+ account for use.
