    This is what happened: I signed up for a free trial and set my preferences, but I kept getting profiles that didn't match what I wanted. When I tried to see more about the matches, there was no useful information like their career or family details. The sales team kept calling and pushing us to pay for registration, saying our issues would be fixed if we did. So, we gave in and paid, hoping for better results. But even after registering, the family details were available now, but none of the candidates had updated them. In the end, the whole registration process turned out to be useless.

    The software is good, but the customer support is very poor. There is no escalation process in place. The support only goes up to the lowest level, who aren't very knowledgeable about issues and are often rude even to long-time customers of over 5 years. The profile number indicates how long someone has been with the portal. These staff members are very junior, so it's not fair to blame them. I've been raising the problem of partner preference aging for years. Similarly, there is an issue with parties.

    I wish I could give this app zero stars. It's really the worst when it comes to being greedy. First, they took away the names of your matches. And now, with the latest update, you can only see the last five people who visited your profile. To see the names and who looked at your photos, you have to pay for a premium subscription. It's just crazy. This decision is definitely going to come back to bite them. I'm saying goodbye to this app, the greediest matchmaking service mankind has ever known.

    This app is just a total waste of money. They will actually rob you. They trick you by saying you can see new profiles if you upgrade, but nothing happens at all. They won't even answer your calls after you pay. This is a real story from someone who got scammed. Please be careful with their false promises. Don't endorse this app.
