I used a banking app that is really bad. It doesn't show pending transactions right away, so you don't know what's coming in or going out until it's too late and you're overdrawn. It's 2018, they need to improve. I still use Barclays' app because it's the best.

The application was just updated but the result is catastrophic! What a bad idea to abandon a complete and user-friendly version for a senseless interface. The translation isn't even done completely. If you don't speak English, just forget it. This is a perfect example of shooting yourself in the foot! Give us back the old version and come back when the update is fully completed!

The app doesn't work smoothly. Sometimes I can't verify my purchase online because the app is down. It's like the security measures are causing issues.

I can contact my personal adviser through the app by sending a message. It's great because it's secure and safe, especially with the current Covid-19 situation. I feel confident and trust them. However, I find the monthly charges a bit high compared to other banks. Oh well! 😏

I don't like this new version. I preferred the old one because it was easier to use. Now I can't access my balance, categorize purchases, or navigate as smoothly. You know what they say, "The best is the enemy of the good."

These guys are really clueless about the Internet. It's so confusing to use, especially when you have to deal with multiple security codes from SMS messages. You leave the app to check a code, and then you have to re-enter different codes when you come back. And on top of that, I can't find my IBAN anywhere.

The bank is international but doesn't have English language option. We can't copy and paste messages for translation.
