I've been using it for over three years now. It's truly a beautiful thing. Nothing else out there compares. So easy to use, never freezes up on me. It’s simple and doesn't take up much space. Just perfect!

Many companies plan to put tracking programs on personal phones. Users have no idea who is accessing their information or when it happens. To deactivate, you need to send a text saying "stop." After that, you might have to reinstall the program later. It uses up data without serving a purpose. This lack of control feels invasive and annoying. The program drains your battery too. Your phone can't even enter sleep mode because it continues to transfer data, even when not actively in use.

This app is terrible! I only have it because of my job. It feels wrong to force someone to use an app they don't like. Maybe MacroPoint should cover my phone bill! I keep having to reinstall the app again and again. You would think installing it once would be sufficient. In response to your reply, this app does not track loads. It tracks the person’s phone instead! There’s nothing with the load that can be tracked. Stop spreading false information just for profit!

It seems like your app has been acting up since the logo change. You keep getting prompts to download it again, even though it’s already on your phone. You’ve given it all the needed permissions. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn’t fix anything either. That’s frustrating!

You know what? It’s not the app's fault when the brokers just don't get it. I really don’t understand these particular ones either. It feels completely useless! A handful of brokers still insist on using this thing. They have two or three people reaching out for updates on arrivals, departures, and loading or unloading. If I still have to call a bunch of folks for the exact same details, why do I even need this app? It feels like a digital leash that's driving me crazy! I'm so over this!
