You're satisfied with the service from Carrefour as they deliver quickly, provide high-quality food items, use good packaging, have friendly and punctual drivers, and bring groceries to your doorsteps. You appreciate them for carrying everything up to your second-floor apartment without an elevator in the summer. You thank Carrefour and hope they continue employing these hardworking delivery guys who provide great service.

This app is great and super user-friendly. It's so handy. They're always punctual and you even get free delivery and AED 25 off on every order. But, they could make it even better by making all items easier to find with tags.

Customer service was terrible. I had to call 4 times about an order, but got no updates. I put in an order for delivery by 9am, but it never came, which was inconvenient. Carrefour delivery can be unreliable; they need to improve customer service and logistics.

The app isn't very helpful. None of the departments are accessible, and I can't even add my address because it gets stuck. The address fields don't work properly – they won't wrap, and certain characters cause issues, like not being able to add a dash or comma without clearing out the field. It's riddled with bugs that make it feel cheaply made. The user interface is terrible. It's easier and quicker to just go to Carrefour and buy what you need instead of using this app. Right now, I only use it to collect points. Everything else doesn't function correctly.

I love this app because it's so fast and always reliable. The only thing I'd like to mention is to be careful with how you handle eggs. It would also be really helpful if you could include expiration dates, especially for items on promotion. Overall, everything is fantastic and keep up the good work! 👍

App delivery and customer service experience was the worst ever! Book a time, slot changes after payment. Items go out of stock with no replacement. Customer center is useless, they tell you to cancel without any solution. Unprofessional and unreliable.

It's amusing how they keep complaining, right? They included the "How to return items" link in your order email and the only choice is for a refund, not to fix the problem. And hey, they won't refund the AED 10 delivery charge. It seems like they're intentionally doing this - getting paid for sending the wrong item, giving a refund but keeping the delivery charges. That could really add up if they keep sending wrong items. Pretty clever way to make money. If I'm mistaken, then please help sort out this problem. By the way, this isn't the first time this has happened. Thank you for testing my patience.

Can you believe it? Their delivery service is amazing. You won't believe that they can get to your door in just 30 minutes. It totally blew my mind, and guess what? It's absolutely free! The only thing I don't like is the vibration when you tap on something. Visual notifications would be better.

The website is not good, it's really slow and confusing. The search feature doesn't work well. You can't save items in your cart for later and adding more of the same item is difficult. After spending over 2 hours putting things in my cart, I couldn't check out because the button didn't work. There was no way to fix it and I ended up wasting more time. It's a letdown from a big store like this. The design and user experience are some of the worst I've seen.

I used to buy from them and I was always satisfied, especially with the fresh fruits and veggies. But today was a different story. The delivery person was frustrating and the products were not up to par. Most of the fruits were bad and one item got switched without telling me. I think I'll look at reviews for other stores now. Their email doesn't even work.
